Basic rentals will require a 

"Day of Insurance" policy. 

We can assist you with that

 purchase or you may 

obtain your own. 


Selling of alcohol will not be allowed

 unless through a licensed vendor.



 All rentals and packages will 

require a security deposit. 

Sales tax and gratuity will be added. 



For events other than weddings, 

custom packages are available.


Regularly scheduled events 

for groups  like scouting, churches, corporations, schools, sports teams

day camps, exercise groups, etc.

 are a welcomed addition with hourly, weekly and monthly rates available. 


We offer D.I.Y. rates

 and Custom Packages for

 all your events. For Weddings,

 a full day's rental is required. 

Park Rental Prices

Basic Park Rentals (D.I.Y) include

 the use of the entire park space 

for the time selected. 


Full day Rentals- $2000.00

 (12 hours)

Half day Rentals- $1000.00

(6 hours)



Park hours are from

 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Brid​es Cottage

$150.00 (additional)


Use of the cottage for the time of the event. 

The room features space for dressing, 

hair & makeup.


Snacks and drinks are provided.

ceremonies up to75 guests.

This package features the ceremony 

and cocktails on the River Side

 with the reception held Parkside.

Golf cart assistance is available  for 

handicapped guests, and the bridal party.
